Perfect location for many things to do in Downtown Cleveland. Easy walk to many attractions, restaurants, bars, coffee, pharmacy, & groceries. Property seemed to be in a safe area and we encountered no issues or concerns.

This is a great apartment and location. Easy to get to all Cleveland attractions. The owner communication was immediate and extremely helpful. The checkin process included pics to make things easier. Place was very clean and modern.

Very nice unit. Everything I needed for my work trip. Very secure, cannot get pass front doors or up elevator without a key. Parking was not ideal as someone took my assigned spot, but owner quickly addressed the situation. A nice grocery store is just across the street, very convenient. I will return for future trips.

The location was amazing! We were heading to a Guards game, and it was a short walk. It's in the heart of the entertainment district, so many place to walk to. The building was nice; the unit was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was super quite for sleeping, the rooms are nice and dark. I would highly recommend. The host provided very detailed instructions for check-in and was very responsive. The only thing I would consider adding are instructions for those who enter from the main entrance, we had to ask for help to locate the lockbox in the garage. Aside from that it was an excellent stay, much better value than the hotels and more space!

My son and I stayed here when we were in Cleveland for a Guardians game, to visit family and do a college visit. It was a great alternative to a hotel at a lower price. Having two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen was great for a two night stay. Ashley was very helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. Check-in instructions were very clear and it was a pretty easy process. The building is between Chester and Euclid, with the garage on the Chester side and the main building entrance on Euclid. While there are a couple of free parking spots, we parked just across Chester Avenue in the Huntington Garage and it was very easy to then just come through the garage! The building was very nice, although we weren't there a lot so didn't get to take advantage of all of the amenities. It was a quick walk to Progressive Field or Playhouse Square and an easy walk down to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or other attractions on the lakefront.

We stayed in this apartment for a 4 night trip to see the Cleveland Guardians. The apartment was perfect for our needs, close to downtown attractions, warm and welcoming. Ashley was very responsive to messages. We'd definitely stay here on a future trip to Cleveland.
