The apartment building is in the well-known tourist destination of Rabac in Istria. It offers newly renovated accommodation and is only about 300 metres from the beach.

The apartments are spread over a three-storey building. Each apartment has its own entrance and has a small living room-kitchen. The apartments have one or two bedrooms.

Rabac is a well-known tourist destination on the Istrian peninsula between Pula and Opatija. It has many little restaurants, icecream shops and souvenir shops. The apartment has a kitchen with a coffee machine and everything needed for cooking. The living room is fully furnished and has satellite TV and a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed (2 x 80 x 190cm) for two people. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 190cm), a wardrobe and bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower. The air-conditioning is payable by consumption by the chip card.

The balcony affords a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the forest.
