The historical place Am Sande is only 2 minutes away by walk and the historical city hall is only 5 minutes away by walk. Bicycles can be rent near by. The entire apartment has just been completely renovated in a tasteful and design-oriented manner. It has a chic vinyl design floor, smart TV, a bed that can used as a single or a double, two armchairs, a tuliptable and a wardrobe. In addition to the living- and bedroom, the apartment has a daylight shower room with a window. The Pantrykitchenhas a small refrigerator, a microwave with grill function, aa stove, a nespressomashine and is fully equippes. Washing mashine and dryer are in the basement. An outside seating area is in the courtyard.
