I remodeled this place from scratch and every inch was touched. It’s been built to be a haven where you can relax and have fun, either for a shorter on long stay I want to feel like home.

This location is close to everything. 15 min to airport, beaches, 10 min to las olas and federal hwy, 5 min to Wilton drive, I-95, loses, Home Depot, Publix, shopping plaza and gas station on the corner. Plus 23 tennis courts in the complex, gym, heated pool, bar/ restaurant by the pool. Gated community with guard 24/7. Very safe and quiet. Easy parking.

Mini led 86 inch 4K LG tv and Bose sound system, leather sectional recliner, amazing artistic epoxy floors, 55 inch tv ceiling mounted in the bedroom, smart LG washer/dryer in unit . LED mood lights, Murphy bed in the living. Brand new central a/c, impact windows making the place very quiet. Quiet powerful garbage disposal, quiet dishwasher.
