Gorgeous home in Ricice with lake view

This charming stone house with pool has been lovingly furnished and is located in the small village of Riice in central Dalmatia. It consists of a ground floor, an upper floor and an attic (lowest height 120 cm), which are connected by internal stairs. There are several outdoor terraces for a pleasant stay outdoors, one of which is even covered with a barbecue where delicious meals can be prepared for the whole family or friends. The attractive pool offers refreshment on hot summer days and has a breathtaking view of Lake Riice, just 150 metres away. Our youngest guests will certainly love the children's playground with slide, trampoline and playhouse. Lake Riice is ideal for walks and fishing. A canoe is available for exploring the natural surroundings. The beautiful pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera are only 40 minutes away by car and for nature lovers we recommend a tour of the Paklenica National Park (55 km).

We were perfectly happy.

We were perfectly happy.The house is in immaculate condition.Owners are friendly and helpful as wel as neighbours and people in the village.Spent a week in there and may come back for another week somewhere in the future.

Das Haus war sehr schön, man hat sich schnell wohlgefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist richtig schön. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man konnte sich jederzeit melden wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Leider ist die Lage des Hauses sehr sehr abgelegen, ohne Auto geht nix. Die nächsten Städte erreicht man nicht unter einer Stunde und bis zum nächsten Ort, wo auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind, braucht man über eine extreme Berg-und Talfahrt 30 Minuten. Aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Super lækkert hus, helt rengjort, smuk udsigt. Det eneste der trækker lidt ned, er at der godt kunne være mere service i køkkenet. Der er meget få skåle, fade, pander osv. men ellers stod alt kniv skarpt og værterne er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme!

Urgemütlich, originell und durchdacht.Die Lage ist perfekt - kein Nachbar schaut dir in den Pool, man hat herrliche Aussicht über Zeleno jezero von Ričice. Die Umlage ist perfekt - Pool, Spielfläche für die Kinder, eine Terrasse, welche zum Aufhalt einlädt. Außengrill, überdachte Dachterrasse und vieles mehr. Jelena und Mario sind überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir sind glücklich, sie kennengelernt zu haben.Jeder, der das Haus bucht, wird einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt erleben, welcher in einer warmen und schöner Erinnerung verbleibt. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Fantastisk fedt hus.

Fantastisk fedt hus. Ligger helt for sig selv, så det skal man kunne lide, og der er et godt stykke vej til indkøb, restaurant mv. men det afspejler prisen også. Værterne er meget venlige, søde og servicemindede. Vi havde en skøn ferie, og vil klart anbefale stedet, hvis man gerne vil være sig selv, i et lækkert poolhus, med fed udsigt over sø.
