Gemütliche Wohnung mit kleinen Abzügen

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung und die Möbel sind modern und es ist alles vorhanden um ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen. Wer genauer hinschaut findet immer ein paar Makel. Diese haben uns aber nicht gestört. Das Einzigste was uns gestört hat, war die sehr enge Toilette. Man konnte kaum richtig sitzen und im Winter könnte die warme Heizung den Beinen sehr nahe kommen. Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir waren leider nicht ganze zufrieden.

Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön, die Unterkunft liegt zentral, es ist alles zu Fuß zuerreichen. Die Unterkuft hat uns leider enttäuscht, für den Preis haben wir keine Luxusunterkunft erwartet, aber Sauber war die Unterkunft nicht, Spinnenweben hingen von der Decke. Die Zimmeraufteilung war in Ordnung, Betten waren bequem . Leider kam im WC kein Wasser aus dem Waschbecken und im Bad leider nur sehr heißes, unsere 6 Jährige Tochter hat sich fast die Händer verbrannt , wir mussten dann in der Küche Zähne putzen . Der Boiler ist undicht, wenn geduscht wird , wir mussten eine Schüssel unterstellen, die das tropfende Wasser auffängt . Eine gelbe Tonne gab es vor Ort nicht, der Müll sollte am Abreisetag noch dort hin gebracht werden, wo man den Schlüssel erhält . Die Schlüsselübergabe hat leider auch nicht wie abgesprochen geklappt. Die Küche schien neu, alles was zum Kochen benötigt wurde war da. Küchengeräte waren in einem guten Zustand .

Schmutzig und wenig Wasser, guter Schnitt und gute Lage

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie im Mai für zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Abholung der Schlüssel war problemlos. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und eingerichtet Großer kostenfreier Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausstattung ok. Gute, ruhige Lage in Ortsnähe. Leider war die Wohnung bei Einzug extrem dreckig. Im Essbereich lagen Essensreste auf dem Boden, was bei einem Kleinkind, das alles in den Mund nimmt, unschön ist. Die Toilettenschüssel zeigte Spuren der letzten Sitzung der Vormieter. Überall Spinnenweben, sicher nicht erst seit dem Vortrag. Unter dem Bett (aus dem Stand sichtbar) lagen eine benutzte Unterhose und Socken, unter dem Sofa schmutzige Kindersocken. Wir sind nicht penibel, aber der Zustand war schon eklig. Der Hausservice war am Folgetag nicht erreichbar. Erst auf Kontakt mit der Vermieterin meldete er sich zurück und bot an, die Wohnung zu reinigen, wenn wir hierfür noch einmal alles wieder ausräumen und die Wohnung verlassen. Die Reinigung würde fünf Stunden dauern. Zweifelhaft, dass jemals so viel Zeit investiert wurde (z.B. neben Kühlschrank ewig nicht gesaugt + Spinnenweben). Die Reaktion des Hausservice fand auch die Vermieterin "unverschämt" und bot uns zumindest an, die Kosten unserer Endreinigung zu erstatten, wofür wir uns bedanken. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt ist das extrem schwache Wasser im Bad. Im WC quasi nicht vorhanden. Wasser schnell zu heiß für Kinder, kaltes nur tröpfelnd. Vermieterin sieht keinen Handlungsbedarf.
