House was nice, wish there were different options for curtains to make rooms darker in mornings, it was very bright in rooms by 5:30am, and garage door under front upper bedroom was very loud when it opened and closed so between that and the brightness, there was no sleeping in that week. Location was good, included bikes were fun. The beach chairs, toys available to use were a great surprise. Would stay here again!

We have been vacationing in the Seagrove Beach area for nearly 20 years, and this is the first rental where we’ve had such a disappointing experience.Unfortunately, there were several issues throughout our stay. The biggest problem was that the refrigerator was not working when we arrived. We had brought food that had been prepared ahead of time, and because the refrigerator wasn’t functioning, some of it went bad. We contacted the people who manage the property multiple times and were repeatedly told that maintenance was on the way, but no one arrived until the following day.The cleanliness of the home was also below expectations. There was noticeable dust throughout the house, the floors were grimy enough that our feet became dirty from simply walking around barefoot, and the bunk room shower did not appear to have been properly cleaned. We also found trash under the beds and what appeared to be clothing left behind by previous guests.Additionally, several bathroom sinks drained very slowly, suggesting they were partially clogged. Since the kitchen refrigerator was out of service, we had to use the garage refrigerator, but the garage had no working light, making it difficult to access, especially at night.The home itself has great potential and is in a wonderful location, but the maintenance and housekeeping issues significantly impacted our stay. We hope these concerns are addressed so future guests can have the experience they expect when booking this property.
