Our “Grün” holiday rental, measuring approximately 40 m², offers cosy accommodation for one to four guests. It was completely renovated and refurbished in 2020, and its modern amenities create a cosy atmosphere. The bedroom is furnished with high-quality box-spring beds—a comfortable couch can also be used as a sleeping area. Adjacent to the dining room is a fully equipped, brand-new kitchen—where you can prepare all your meals. The bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The holiday rental also offers a spacious terrace with seating and a grill, which you’re welcome to use during your stay. Since the holiday rental is nestled in a small wooded area, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet here and can fully relax during your stay.

You can park your car right in front of the house, where a parking space is reserved for you.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout our holiday home during your stay. If you’d like to do your laundry here, you’re welcome to use our washing machine and dryer in the laundry room behind the house; a fee applies via the coin-operated machine. You’re also welcome to store any bicycles you’ve brought with you in our garage. For families, we offer a playground right behind the house, as well as a cabinet in the hallway downstairs with a selection of current family games that can be used by guests from any apartment. High chairs and cots are also available upon request. In addition, we have a small display case in the hallway of our holiday home containing items and drinks that you can purchase for a fee. To offer you the greatest possible flexibility for your travel to and from your stay, we offer contactless check-in and check-out—we’d be happy to provide you with detailed information about this when you make your reservation.

Our holiday rental is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the beautiful resort town of Hemfurth-Edersee. Its direct proximity to Lake Edersee offers you many options for enjoying your holiday. You can reach Lake Edersee, the dam, the climbing park, the Tree Top Walk, the wildlife park, and the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes. The village centre, with a supermarket, butcher, ATMs, and a hair salon, is also only about 300 metres away—just a few minutes’ walk.
