Welcome to Selah Vie at Eagles Nest, a peaceful single-level mountain retreat tucked away with convenient access to the Eagles Nest Winery. As you enter the main level, you are welcomed into a spacious kitchen and great room designed for comfort and connection. The kitchen features quartz counters and a large island with bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and ample space for preparing meals with ease. The dining table seats eight comfortably, making it ideal for shared meals and memorable gatherings. The living room is anchored by a striking floor-to-ceiling stone gas-log fireplace and modern leather seating, creating a warm and inviting space to relax after a day of mountain adventures.

Throughout the home, the atmosphere encourages you to slow down, pause, and truly enjoy the moment—living out the spirit behind the name Selah Vie. The home offers three private king bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation. The primary king suite features deck access, a TV, a ceiling fan, and a spa-like ensuite bath with a tiled shower, and double granite vanities. The second king suite also includes deck access, along with a TV and ceiling fan, while the third king bedroom is equally comfortable and conveniently located near a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination and granite counters. Completing the layout is a versatile bunk and recreation space with two custom twin-over-queen bunk beds with arcade [ARCADE IS BEING ADDED IN Q1 2026!!!] and a TV, providing a flexible retreat for guests of all ages. Step onto the deck and gather around the fire-table, or head to the grounds to the woodburning fire pit and hot tub! Selah Vie at Eagles Nest is the perfect setting to unplug, reconnect, and savor the beauty of mountain living.

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.


Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice or at the time of booking. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
