Fun 3-bed, urban home 7 miles from KC Stadium & 3 miles from FIFA Fan Fest!

This is my regular residence that I enjoy with my one dog and one cat. Obviously, we will not be there during your stay. A team of cleaners will be cleaning and preparing the home for your arrival. All three bedrooms are upstairs and have a television. Two have king beds (one of which is duo-adjustable) and the other has a queen. An electric massager and massage table are available for your enjoyment. Missouri legalized recreational marijuana years ago, and I allow use on property in accordance with local regulations. Smoking cigarettes is not allowed inside the home.

The main floor boasts three ceiling fans, a 65" TV, and a 55" TV w/ Nintendo Switch 2. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig cafe with dozens of caffeinated, decaf, hot tea, cider, and other beverages options to enjoy. The dining room has a postcard feature that you can use to send your loved ones hand-written greetings while you're in Kansas City. Parking in the driveway or on the street is free.

The fenced backyard features a hammock, fire pit, oversized propane grill, and chairs. Most of the basement will not be accessible during your trip except for the washer and dryer. Laundry machines and detergent are free to use during your stay.

I am an educator, so my summers are quite flexible. As a result, I will be available to provide information, give tours, or even run errands for you during your stay. Before becoming a teacher, I was in the hospitality industry for nearly two decades. I know what it takes to make people happy and stress-free. Welcome to my little house in the hood. It might not be fancy, but it's safe, fun, and located in a prime location to enjoy the World Cup and everything that Kansas City has to offer.

You will have access to the entire house other than the basement. The basement will be accessible only for laundry use, which is complementary.
