Home away from home. We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

House was very clean upon arrival. Very responsive host! We found that the pool cues had no tips, no pool chalk and a missing dart. We had everything replaced the next day.The house is very quaint. It’s been updated and everything is nice. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms but no doors so it’s better for a family or people that like each other! There is a nice bathroom upstairs. Downstairs bedroom and bath are very nice. We really enjoyed the backyard. My one hope is that it’s next on the list to update. Just needs landscaping and a nicer fence by the river. There’s a fire pit and picnic table and nice deck furniture. I let the host know of some maintenance issues and he was very appreciative. This was a great place to spend time with family for a long weekend! Added bonus: we brought the dogs!

Only stayed for ten minutes while we figured out elsewhere to stay. This place from the photos is poorly represented. Arrived after dark which was not very welcoming in the pitch dark as there was no exterior lighting. After navigating in the dark to the front door which is behind a gate, as soon as we walked in we were met within unpleasant smell. The light switches to the kitchen and exterior light were difficult to find and stumbled in the dark to locate any light switches. When we finally turned the lights on we noticed the dirty stained furniture and walls, we realized we were not going to be comfortable staying here and notified the the owner. He agreed to refund half of which we have yet to receive. I do not understand why I shouldn't receive a total refund for a property that was very misrepresented. Do not stay here. The property has potential but has many issues that need to addressed. Also if you need privacy in the upper bedrooms it has a very awkward layout that you will not get in its current state.
