Highly appointed one bedroom unit on the beachfront on the white sandy beach of Nuevo Vallarta. This is the ideal setting for relaxing poolside or a walk on the beach. The condo is equipped with all the amenities in the kitchen including microwave, blender, cable tv wifi, washer/dryer,king size bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. Golf is available nearby at several local championship courses. Villa Magna is locate 15 mins by car from the airport and has bus taxi service as we'll . The complex is also gated and has 24 hr security. Dreams Allinclusive Hotel is on the property and offers spa services 5 star restaurants and villa Magna has a snack bar for guest on property at additional charge .

Great place- Great owner

We have stayed at several Villa Magna properties and we have to say this place rates in our top 2. Mike's place is very nicely decorated, clean & comfortable. He supplies the basics you need so you don't have to buy everything and has plenty of linens. He is so helpful and nice and is readily available if you need anything. We loved this place and plan to book for next year.

The pictures do not do it justice.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Mike. Everything was laid out for us and it helped to make for a stress free vacation! The condo is so comfortable and clean. The condo unit is much larger than the photos on the website depict. The perfect location for beach, restaurants and shopping.

Property just as described. Well stocked, only thing missing would be some information on near by grocery stores, restaurants etc. You can purchase the all inclusive package but is not mandatory

The building was clean and well secured. Pools and landsaping were kept emmaculate. Staff were very friendly. Our room was fairly clean. Bed was comfortable except for the foam topper was a double put onto a Queen mattress. Towels and linens were pieces of different sets. Kitchen cabinets were unorganized. Dishes, glasses and utensils, again all mismatched. We had one old pot with a broken handle on lid and one small fry pan. Definitly not adequate for cookimg meals. Wiring for TV were dangerously all clumped together they kept coming out of the socket and sparked when my husband tried to replug them. And, the electrical panel kept shutting down. I spent my day without TV, internet and power for a whole day while my husband went fishing. Didnt figure it out until my girlfriend who rented another room came later in day to figure out why. Mike, its a great place if attention to details were attended to. Maybe even a few written instructions for assistance in getting around or if issues came up.

im sorry youhad so many negative things too say we keep our place immaculte and have great cleaning lady who cleaned day before you arrived the foam is for the sofa sleeper in living room not intended for sleeper king in bedroom that has foam top the utensils or new and sorry you found them not to your standard we have had several guest with not one recommendation or complaint about the kitchen utensils we probably too fault have too many linens to accomadate 2 guest i agree / the tv has never been a problem butvilla magnas maintence needs too check socket i will look into it immediately the instruction or written done for tv in guest book as you saw were you wrote a nice response ??? as you can see we had all min 4-5 stars from previous guest i try to accomadate everyone i love villa magna and surprised you found it so unacceptable were going take your comments check with others and immedite correct what realistically needs attention im sorry your experience with us warranted this type review thank you for coming i hope your hisband at least caught one fish onhis day trip cordially mike ive instructed my maid future pay specisl attention organizind lines in drawers and getmaitence to remedy any issue there might be with tv thanks for your recommendations

Mike deserves 6 stars. The condo is immaculately clean including the fridge. The cleanest condo we had stayed in PV for the past three years. The condo is fully equipped with kitchen cutlery, pots and pans, blender, plastic containers…everything you need in the kitchen. We stayed for 26 days and it feels like home. Mike even stocked up lots of iced cold beer for us in the fridge when we arrived. While we do not drink, we very much appreciated his generosity and hospitality. Mike met us when we arrived and we left. We cannot say enough good things about the condo and more importantly about Mike.

Great Condo with Amenities at your disposal

Our family of 3 stayed at Mike's condo at the Residences of Villa Magna - great experience, ample space and views of the pool and ocean were fantastic. Having the resort amenities at your disposal is great- although we didn't purchase the all inclusive daily offer, it is nice to have that option nonetheless. Resort is safe and clean, pools are very kid friendly. Grocery stores are near by, check in was a breeze. We would definitely come back!

Simple living in paradise

We had a great time at Villa Magna! This was the 10th trip to Nuevo Vallarta but our first VRBO experience. We loved the simplicity of it all and the laid back quiet environment. The view is spectacular, the amenities are exactly what you need (and more). My daughter (6) was perfectly comfortable on the fold out couch. Snack bar is great! Beach and pool access is excellent! Mike is extremely responsive to any questions we had. We are definitely coming back next year!

Breathtaking place, very clean and well maintained the beach is also awesome and nice workers.

Entire week went well, the place is beautiful and very well kept, courteous personnel they are always keeping it clean and organized. Can't beat the access to the beach and chairs and umbrellas are a plus, the pools are enormous and clean loved them. We will definitely recommend and looking forward to come back. Condo owner was awesome and great always responding to my questions or doubts couldn't ask for more and the condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. I will try to book again here definitely.

The Perfect Place for Our Stay

The condo was perfect for our week stay. Villa Magna has terrific amenities and Mike, the owner takes care of everything. He met us on our arrival, explained everything, took us to the Dreams lobby and arranged for our Day Pass for the all-inclusive. He made it a point to check with us to ask if everything was going well. All in all, it could not have been better. We cannot recommend the place more highly. Mike really makes you feel at home. 5 STARS!

Great Stay - Great Owner

Thanks Mike! the Condo is just as it appears in the photos, everything you need is there. The tower, the grounds and surrounding area are immaculate. The condo itself is very well kept, clean, comfortable, and secure. Purified water supplied by owner. Plenty of Linens and basic amenities Ideally located on the 3rd floor, with a stunning view of the pools, ocean and grounds. The staff and security at the entrance were outstanding. The bed was very firm, would have loved a foam topper for (us) We couldn't have been happier with our stay and hope to be back next January. Also, great restaurants with in walking distance. Would not hesitate at all to rent from Mike, he is punctual in responding to any requests, easy to communicate with. Thanks again Mike, hope to see you next year!

Perfect Vacation!

Everything we wanted

We had traveled to this resort before and enjoyed it as guests in the Hotel. We decided to rent a condo for a longer stay and we there for roughly three weeks. We were met by Mike, the owner and given all the information we needed as well as contact numbers. The unit was perfect with wifi/ blender/washer dryer. Everything that we needed for a perfect holiday. Thanks Mike, you are doing it right! PS Ciao Pizza is down the street and has great fire cooked pizza and outdoor eating, don't miss it!
