Charming thatched cottage surrounded by idyllic green nature.

Look forward to a relaxing vacation here, very close to the forest and beach. The house offers a bright and open design that invites a lot of coziness and togetherness with family and friends. Here you will find several living rooms where you can relax in front of the TV or fireplace after an active day. Outside you have a large, beautiful wooden terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue, so you can have cozy barbecues on warm summer evenings or enjoy your morning coffee outside in the beautiful nature around the house.

There are also plenty of opportunities for swimming, you are only 50 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. There you can also go fishing.

Top Lage, aber dreckig

Das Haus liegt nur 2 Gehminuten vom ruhigen Strand entfernt, top! Auch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe, der alles führt, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Nur leider ist das an sich schöne Haus und das Grundstück in keinem guten Zustand. Das Haus war schmutzig, staubig, voller Spinnweben und teilweise waren noch die Überreste der Vorgänger sichtbar. Die Fenster wurden wahrscheinlich schon seit ein paar Jahren nicht mehr geputzt und das Bad ist eine Zumutung. Den fehlenden Duschvorhang haben wir dann gefunden und notdürftig installiert. Das Klo und gesamte Bad roch unangenehm. Insgesamt benötigt das Bad dringend eine Komplettsanierung. Ebenso wurde das Grundstück um das Haus vermutlich schon seit längerem nicht mehr gepflegt. Es gibt keinen Rasen, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sondern alles ist vermoost und ein wilder Acker, lädt nicht zum spielen ein. Ist ein bisschen schade, da das Haus und Grundstück mit wenig Aufwand viel Potenzial bieten würde.
