Our lovingly furnished "Hofleben" holiday rental offers 35 m² of space for up to 3 people. The bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for couples, small families, or friends. The well-equipped kitchen-living area includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, a kettle, and a coffee maker. A flat-screen TV ensures cosy evenings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are, of course, included in the price. The Hofleben holiday rental combines cosiness with functionality and offers the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday. Welcome to Donauleiten Höhe. Our family-friendly holiday apartments are situated above the Danube Valley, offering a magnificent view of the Austrian Haugstein and the surrounding nature. Its location near the Danube Cycle Path and the Jochenstein Danube Power Plant makes the Donauleiten Höhe the ideal starting point for excursions, hikes, and bike rides. Now in its second generation, we continue to run this special place with great passion. We combine the charm of traditional country life with the demands of modern times. Our holiday apartments are being modernised step by step without losing their original character. Lovingly crafted details such as canopy beds, traditional furniture, and unique one-of-a-kind pieces evoke times gone by and, together with modern comforts, create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. At our farm, peace, nature, and relaxation take centre stage. Here, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, enjoy the rural surroundings, and recharge your batteries. Our animal residents, in particular, make your stay a special experience. The farm is home to rabbits, chickens, goats, sheep, cats, and dogs, which provide many delightful encounters—especially for families and animal lovers. For additional relaxation, we offer Reiki treatments upon request—a soothing way to bring your body and mind into harmony. We are constantly developing the Donauleiten Höhe with great passion and creating new offerings and opportunities so that our guests can continue to feel completely at home here in the future. We look forward to welcoming you to Donauleiten Höhe. The deposit is 30% of the room rate. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. One pet is allowed for a fee of 8 EUR per pet per night. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Upon request, a Reiki treatment (approx. 60 minutes, 70 EUR) can be booked at the house—ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. Depending on availability, you can purchase farm-fresh products such as fresh eggs and pasta from our farm shop.
