This neighborhood is a five minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants most importantly it gets quiet at night which is very important to rest up for the next day

What makes this property unique

What makes this property unique is obviously as close to the beach and is close to the river waterfront. Also, the aquarium is right there next to it and it’s very quiet at night and if you want something to eat all the shops and restaurants is about two minutes away by foot .
