Das Apartment wurde 2019 renoviert, ist sonnig und im vierten Stock (ohne Lift) eines Gründerzeithauses gelegen. Es ist geräumig und in einer ruhigen Seitengasse.

Es ist perfekt für Paare, Familien und kleine Gruppen (bis zu 4 Personen).

Das Apartment hat eine sonnige Terrasse und einen schönen Ess-Wohnbereich. Es gibt 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (je 90cm) und ein Wohnzimmer mit zusätzlicher Schlafcouch (140cm). Helles Bad mit Dusche und separates WC.

Wenn ihr das Apartment für mehr als 2 Personen bucht, bereiten wir
- für die 3.&4. Person das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer vor.
(Paare können in verschiedenen Räumen schlafen).
ACCESS ONLY FOR GUESTS ON BOOKING Access to the apartment is only granted for the number of guests on the booking. Please don't let other people in (In case I hire a plumber or somebody else I would notify you in advance).
WINDOWS CLOSED WHEN GONE Please only open the windows to the garden and always close them when you are not in the apartment.
NIGHT SILENCE Our neighbours are pretty chilled, so please help us keep it that way. Music in general is ok, but please mind the law mandated night silence between 10pm and 6am.
The house rules are though pretty simple to follow. Thanks in advance for upholding them. If however an incident occurs, I'll need to charge an additional fee of minimum 30EUR (to cover my associated costs).
