Modern and readily-accessible apartment along Metro

We spent 6-nights here (spouse and me), while visiting our son who is studying in Wien.The apartment is clean, modern, well-kept.It is a stretch to say it is 2-bedrooms—really is 1-bedroom and a living-dining room with sofa-bed.It was very quiet, very safe, and very accessible.We would stay here again.

Clean. No frills but was sufficiently comfortable. A few clocks away are lots of restaurants. Close to subway. Terrific vegetable market around the corner.

convenient location accurate to post

I found the location to be excellent for this stay. Easy to hop on the subway to any location around town. It was nice because it wasn't in the busiest part of the city but easy to get to when we wanted. I stayed for both sight seeing and to attend a professional meeting. Host did a great job communicating (in English) with clear instruction. Apartment was clean and easy to find.The description on the website is exactly as it - room with 2 single beds and a sofa that would sleep 2 in the living room. Kitchen is small but serviceable for the our length of stay - we mostly ate out but cooked 1-2 meals.

Very close to Underground station. The apartment is maybe better for 2 people instead of 4. Anyway the apartment was clean and everything looked fine. Only thing to notice is that the lady who is supposed to give you the keys only speaks German, so remember to call the agency upon arrival if you only speak English

Family weekend

Location for transport good with some local ammenties very close by. However listed as 2 bedrooms but actually only one, with the living are doubling up as second sleeping area. Not explained clearly on the website / App and was not really suitable. It was an inconvience that could have been avoided with a more accurate descrption of the accomadation.

Cozy apartment in nice neighborhood.

The apartment is very nice and in a nice neighborhood and right next to the U1 subway, which is very convenient. There is one issue with the description. It says it is a two bedroom, when in reality there is one bedroom with 2 twin beds and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Maybe this is a European description but it is not two separate bedrooms in addition to the living room. Also, be forewarned that the bathroom is extremely tiny and no room to change clothes in there if privacy is needed (due to having only one private bedroom). Other than that, we did like the apartment.

Die FEWO liegt sehr zentral. Sehr positiv die U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Haustür . An der Sauberkeit muss gearbeitet werden. Das Bettlaken war mit Flecken versehen und die Schlafcouch mit vielen Haaren behaftet. Das Bad ist sehr klein und es ist keine Steckdose vorhanden. Schwierig sich die Haare zu föhnen.. Bettlaken

Schöne Wohnung, verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Der Aufenthalt in der großzügigen Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Der Empfang war freundlich; der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer U-Bahn-Station; außerdem ist die Donau / Donauinsel / Reichsbrücke fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe; der Bäcker schräg gegenüber hat auch Sonntags geöffnet. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Schöne Wohnung mit U-Bahn Haltestelle vor der Haustür

Schöne, funktionale Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Kleine Küchenzeile reicht fürs Frühstück machen aus. Der Hausflur ist allerdings sehr runter gekommen und nicht wirklich einladend. Für eine Städtereise kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Kaum zu glauben, aber wahr

Das Inserat entspricht in allen Aussagen der Wahrheit. Das Appartement war sauber, alle Ausstattungsmerkmale waren vorhanden. Da wir mit dem Nachtzug ankamen, hatte man uns vorab die Möglichkeit angeboten, die Koffer einfach abzustellen, um die Stadt auch ma 1. Tag schon zu erkunden. Als wir dann vor Ort waren, konnten wir das Appartement direkt übernehmen. Das Haus selbst ist ein Altbau und nicht gepflegt. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock und direkt an der Kreuzung Vorgartenstr./Radingerstr. Die Fenster des Wohnzimmers gehen zur Radingerstr. raus. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, könnte hier Probleme haben. Das Schlafzimmer hat das Fenster zum Hof hin. Das Bad ist sehr klein, ein paar Handtuchhaken mehr wären gut. Die Toilette ist separat mit Fenster. Die U-Bahn ist buchstäblich vor der Tür. Im Umkreis von 200 m sind Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants/Bistros. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder !

Sympathique séjour à Vienne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Vienne dans cet appartement fonctionnel et très bien placé à proximité des points d'intérêt de la ville. La proximité avec le métro était très appréciable. L'appartement très agréable et spacieux était parfait pour nous (couple avec 2 enfants) et notre chien ! Seul petit bémol sur l'équipement, quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquaient et surtout une machine à laver car nous avons du faire plusieurs km pour trouver une laverie. Mais je recommande fortement !!

Die WOHNUNG liegt an einer lautstarken Strasse! Das Treppenhaus wirkt heruntergekommen und ist sanierungsbedürftig. Das Bad ist nur eine Duschkabine mit Waschbecken. Keine Steckdose zum rasieren oder Haare föhnen. Die Kochnische befindet sich im Durchgangsflur. Wohnung war sauber.

Rückblick

Wunderbare Woche in Wien. Wir hatten E-Bikes dabei und konnten den Radweg vor dem Haus super nutzen, der uns direkt zum Donauradweg führte. Die Fahrräder standen auf dem Hof sehr gut und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr nah.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement, das relativ zentral liegt. Die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben unseren Trip nach Wien sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
