Very relaxing and comfortable Easter Break

We liked the Chalet and it’s surroundings very much and enjoyd every minute, with snow, rain and finally beautiful sunshine. Everything is very comfortable and stylish, very tasteful furnishing. The planning was very friendly and the contact absollutely friendly. The view from the terrace is amazing, it‘s absolutey calm, only nature. However, getting the door to open via the door code was a real challenge, until the last day - the system does not work! Orhee guests have made this point - I was amazed it still is not fixed! We recommend to kindly pay more attention to some details: - Heat earlier, at least 1,5 - 2 days, in case temperatures are around 0-10 degrees - Better and more complete cuttlery, kitchen accessoires including pots and pans - does not match the luxury standard, f.ex. water kettle - Place more cleaning towels and detergents - we are willing to keep everything clean - Place your house rules and activity recommendations (share Insider tips) in a print out on the table We are not complaining, - you asked for optimizations!

La propriété est bien située,près de Merano 2000, propre mais l’inconvénient est qu’il y a 2 chambres en sous sol avec des fenêtres qui donnent sur un mur sur lequel ils ont collé un poster donc aucune vue et pas de lumière naturelle .aucun contact avec le propriétaire tout se fait par téléphone. Quelque fois le code de la porte d’entrée ne fonctionne pas .

Der Gesamteindruck ist sehr gut und Wünsche wie Anfragen wurden als bald als möglich behoben, was den hohen Mietpreis dann auch rechtfertigte.
