"Family" apartment (85 m²) with a balcony and access to the garden

A very quiet, cosy, and modern holiday apartment in Coburg. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. With over 85 square metres of living space, it promises you an unforgettable holiday. Adjacent to the living area is a lovely bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sunny balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), which can be arranged together or separately as desired. The dining room and kitchen are fully equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and all kitchen utensils and a full set of dishes. The living area features a large, modern LED smart TV, a soundbar, a digital radio and CD player, an HD DVD player, and a library area with a selection of CDs and books. The bathroom features a large glass shower (90x90 cm) with a rain showerhead, a heated towel rack, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels and shower mats. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price. Payment is made on-site in cash. A 30% deposit is charged upon booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee, depending on their size. A cot or high chair can be provided upon request (free of charge).
