Great location, and walking distance from subway, Central Park, and many stores/restaurants. Unit was a little small, but expected for New York especially Manhattan. We had everything we needed so can’t complain! Smooth check in and check out process.

We had an amazing stay!! Very centrally located! Tons to do walking distance. Everyone was extremely responsive and accommodating! Woul definitely stay here again.

Response time from the host was excellent…location of the property is excellent…condition of the property is just okay. The property needs updating and renovating…paint is missing from walls, floors are cracked in areas, closet doors are not installed correctly. Towels smelled musty. The online photos look much better than the actual property. I wish it wasn’t the case, but, it is.

Overall, a great stay. The host was great with communication and even helped us resolve small issues we had during our stay. The only thing we noticed was a lack of hot water on the last day of our stay. The shower head is also a weirdly fixed shower head that isn't too friendly to use, but still gets the job done. Overall, a great stay.

The location is five stars. Everything else is pretty crappy. The apartment is tiny, dark, and dingy. It’s old and musty and in poor repair. The elevator only works intermittently and we had no warning about elevator outages. Communication with the hosts is confusing and unhelpful, and it is clear they do not communicate well with each other. We reported an issue with the toilet and the hosts said they would send someone to repair it, but that never happened. Absolutely not worth the very large amount of money we paid. Skip the pain and stay at a hotel.

The apartment's location is the key here. Fantastic for a trip to NYC. About a 5 minute walk to Central Park, walkable to the Met, the Frick, MOMA, and the theater district. Restaurants and shops all around. Also easy acceas to major train lines. Not a ton of frills, but a great place to stay to take in the city. The communication with the hosts was spot on and very responsive. .

The property was super convenient for catching subways and buses. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants and stores nearby. We appreciated the big refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove and oven. Lots of cooking utensils but a bit short on pots, no casseolole dishes, pans or bowls. The host was very accommodating with agreeing to a late checkout. She was very responsive with personal texting, but there also were frequent messages from VRBO sometimes with conflicting information.

The entire process was as smooth as it gets, and this property is in an absolutely perfect location. Close to all the subway lines so getting anywhere you want to go is easy. We'll definitely stay here again.

Everything was easy and smooth. Location is great you can walk almost everywhere. The street is noisy but I think it is part of the experience of living in Midtown. We are a family of four and we fit in perfectly. The building is calm and has a nice local vibe. We would come back.

Appartement idéalement situé au sud de Central Park, bruyant (sans doute comme tous les appartements dans Manhattan). Seul bémol à ce séjour, une panne de gaz qui nous a empêché de cuisiner et de prendre une douche chaude jusqu’à la veille de notre départ. Merci à la propriétaire qui nous a fait une compensation financière.
