This spacious home has everything you need on the main floor: three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with a twin bed), two full bathrooms, a living room (55" Samsung frame TV), formal dining room, breakfast nook, laundry room, and fully quipped kitchen. The room with the twin bed provides a nice, private office space, equipped with a large monitor with USB-C connectivity to connect with your laptop and provided keyboard and mouse, as well as a printer, webcam and speakers.

The upstairs (which can be accessed from a separate outside entrance or the main stairs) provides additional space for relaxation and exercise or even additional guests with a living room (42" smart TV and large sectional sofa large enough for sleeping), bathroom, and exercise room (Soloflex and Concept 2 erg).

The large front porch has a porch swing, table and chairs for al fresco drinks or dining. There is a fenced back yard with a patio as well as a Big Green Egg grill for your use. The driveway provides reserved, private parking with additional street parking available.
