Holiday park Marina Beach is the ideal destination for a family holiday in Zeeland, the Netherlands. The park is located directly on the waters of "De Braakman". Come and enjoy the small beach/ sun batching meadow or cool down in the enclosed swimming area . There are plenty of water sport option available, such as surfing and sailing. Stroll through the nature area with Highland Cattle and the unique bird island. The park offers plenty of facilities such as a (pancake) restaurant, pizzeria, snack bar, ice cream parlour, bar, terrace, mini-golf, air cushion, sports fields, ping pong, fishing waters, marina, petting zoo, animation program in the school holidays, playgrounds and an indoor playground. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the restaurant.
 
The park also offers bike and boat rental and barbecues.

This basic but comfortable chalet is suitable for 4 persons. The chalets are located in different areas of the park, among the trees, on sunny spots or even on the waterfront. The living area has a sitting/dining area with TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, 4-pit stove, a microwave and sufficient kitchen utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Each bed has 1 duvet and a pillow. The bathroom contains a shower, basin and toilet. You can rent a high chair, playpen or baby bath on request. Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 per house. Not all houses are suitable for your pets, so you need to register them upon booking. The terrace offers a table, chairs and an umbrella.

The pictures are exemplary to what the accommodation may look like, it's possible that the actual house varies in lay-out and decoration.

Zeeuws Vlaanderen is a fantastic and versatile holiday destination. The park is located directly on the shores of the closed water called "de Braakman", a nature area of 135ha, ideal for water sports lovers.

Besides various sports option, the holiday park also offers fairs, show/game nights, bike tours and puzzle trips. During the Dutch school holidays an animation program is offered for various ages.

The marina offers berths for boats up to 8m in length (both pier and shore). You can easily sail from the marina into the "Braakman Creek" and it's a lot of fun discovering the creek by boat. Bird spotting at Vogeleiland (bird island with e.g. herons) or fishing. There is a trailer ramp and an office. This is also the place to go to rent a boat, surfing- and sailing equipment and to arrange surfing and sailing lessons.

Seaside resorts and traditional villages and their shops are within easy reach. Enjoy the Sea coast and the beaches. In July and August there will be fairs and night markets organised in various seaside resorts.

Nature areas such as "het Verdronken Land van Saefthinge" and "het Zwin" are ideal for long hikes and a day trip by bike.

Don't forget about the beautiful cities like Antwerpen, Brugge, Gent and Knokke, they are well worth a cultural day trip. In the nearby villages Breskens and Cadzand are the place to be to enjoy the beach. These beaches are only 25km from the park.

- When bringing pets please note that you need to pay an additional cleaning charge of € 10,- on top of the daily fee of € 5,- per pet per day. You need to select this service upon booking.
- Preferences such as houses next to each other or a preferred location can be requested against a preference fee of € 16,50. You can state your preference in the remarks field upon booking. We will let you know if your preference can be honored as soon as possible. If your preference is conditional for you, you need to inquire prior to booking.
- You can order a barbecue menu on location. This includes barbecue hire, meat, sauces and salads (€ 14,95 per adult, € 9,95 per child)
- Outside the Dutch school holidays several facilities/services may be closed/unavailable.
- There is 1 parking space for max. 1 car with the accommodation. Will you arrive with more cars you may park them at the general parking area.
- Group bookings may be subject to additional conditions, such as the supervision and the location of the houses. We reserve the right to exclude a group due to certain circumstances. Additional an extra deposit may be charged.
- You may use the park facilities starting at noon on the day of arrival, but note that your accommodation will only be available after 3pm. The reception is open until 10pm on the arrival days (Monday and Friday). In case of late arrival you need to make an appointment about when and where to pick up the key.
