The rental has been neglected. I notified the manager of some of the worst deficiencies, and they took care of most of those immediately and refunded a portion of my rental fee, but I still consider it a poor value.On the plus side, it is a good location and quite large -maybe good for a big family.

Again sorry William of that situation, As explained I picked up property 1 month before you booked and had 3 books there and complaining, I knew it need some TLC but with no complaints and it kept booking did not have chance. I did take care of everything asap while you where there and gave a big refund back. Thank you for letting me know all details that needed to be done and hope you stay again
