Die Räume sind sauber, die Betreuung ist super, sehr Kinderfreundlich und eine hervorragende Küchenausstattung. Außreichend Platz für alle. Bemängeln müssen wir den Fallschutz auf dem Balkon. Sehr wackelig, muss dringend erneuert werden.

Von außen ein bisschen abgeschabt, aber wirklich schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und technisch in Ordnung. WLAN kam gerade neu - rundum zufrieden. Bloß das Einchecken hat nicht gut geklappt - es gab, wohl schon oft, keine " letzte Info-Mail", sodass wir beim Nachbarn klingeln mussten. Wenigstens waren wir da an der richtigen Adresse...

Haus mit viel versteckten Kosten!

Zu den Positiven Sachen zuerst.Die Hausverantwortliche vor Ort in Altenau ist sehr nett und sympathisch. Hat sich auch sehr bemüht das Problem wegen der Sauna zu lösen (konnten diese durch verschlossen Tür nur 1xAnheizen und mussten trotzdem 20 zahlen).Das Haus verfügt über einen Parkplatz für 6-7 Autos. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt viele Zimmer und 3 Bäder mit Dusche mit warmen Wasser auch wenn viele zeitlich Duschen gehen.Jetzt zu dem was uns sehr gestört hat!1. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung! Ich habe noch nie so viel Email Verkehr gehabt wegen einer Ferienwohnung bei FEWO. Ich musste nochmal einen Mietvertrag ausfüllen und den zurückschicken. Die so erst leichte Aufbettung von 2 Personen war dann doch nicht so leicht. Es gab hier einige Uneinigkeiten wegen der Preise. Kinder zahlen hier voll oder vielleicht sogar noch mehr? Wir haben schlussendlich 60 für 1 Person (3 Nächte) mehr gezahlt. 2Erwachsene und 1 zwei Jähriges Kind wären bei 190 gewesen? Also dann 70 Aufpreis für das Kind? Weil Zitat jedes Alter seine individuellen Ansprüche mitbringt!2. Die Nebenkosten sind nicht im Mietpreis mit enthalten! Wir haben für 4 Tage dann nochmal knapp 45 drauf gezahlt!3. Die Sauna ist auch nicht im Mietpreis enthalten kostet 40 Aufpreis 4. Das wlan geht 0 Uhr aus! Wir konnten nichtmal einen entspannten Netflix Film Abend machen!Die Zeichen reichen nicht aus wir würden nicht nochmal Buchen!

Haus mit Falschangaben und Mängeln

Grundsätzlich war unser Aufenthalt schön. Altenau ist süß, die Umgebung mit Kindern super. Zum Haus: Negativ: - der angepriesene Whirlpool existiert nicht - Der Außenbereich ist heruntergekommen und schlecht gepflegt - Die Heizung ging nicht bei 11° Außentemperatur. Springt planmäßig wohl erst ab unter 10° an. - Die Balkonmetalltreppe ist nicht richtig am Balkon befestigt. Wackelt und ist gefährlich - Zum Fluss runter (3m Höhe gibt es keine Absperrung) mit Kindern sehr gefährlich Positiv: - Haus sauber und gut ausgestattet - Anzahl Zimmer und Aufteilung gut - Die Gegend ist super

Viel zu teuer.. aber schöne gegend.

War sehr schön . Nur Drei punkt fand ich bisschen doof. Das eine ist ,das die sauna 40€ zusätzlich kostet was mit holz betrieben wird. Und das holz von den gastger gestellt wird. Nur hier war es der fall das das holz angeblich geklaut wurde.und wir uns selbst dafür bemühen mussten das Holz zu beschaffen. Aber trotzdem 40€ zahlen mussten. das Zweite das neben der sauna zwar einen dusche ist war die aber nicht funktionierte.und das man sich niergens abkühlen konnte. Sprich kein becken keinen dusche oder sonstiges. Und der letzte punkt ,das haus war einfach zu teuer. Also alles hat geknartscht und gehüpft im haus und der preis war einfach nicht gerechtfertigt. Aber schön war es mit der Familie das wochenede zu verbringen.

Harzausflug

Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz gerade auch für größere Gruppen. Sehr vorteilhaft ist es, dass die Küche offen ist sodass man mit den anderen Reisenden im Kontakt bleiben kann wenn man kocht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und es gibt zwei Kaffeemaschinen sodass der Morgen für alle gerettet ist. Es sind ebenfalls ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Haus verfügbar. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Herbstausflug. Vielen Dank
