Communication & area of the unit were good. It appears the unit is hosted by multiple people. Beware if they say they have a plumbing issue & offer you a different unit a few days before check in -- if this happens learn from my mistake & contact VRBO they can apparently switch you at no cost. I didn't know any better so I agreed to the swap. We were downsized from 4 bedrooms to 3 & we wouldn't get a price adjustment because it was nicer and in a better area -- however the unit we originally booked & the one offered to us as a replacement are 2 minutes apart. The replacement unit was cluttered, the bathroom was very old the faucet seems to be falling apart, the stairs were dirty and kind of a hazard. So not sure it was nicer...Check in process was also complicated. The check in instructions were not available on VRBO app, I was told via email to contact a phone number to set up check in. Lastly I was contacted by multiple phone numbers during my stay which made me feel a bit unsafe that my contact info was being shared without my consent.
