First class accommodations all the way. Host was very quick to respond, the house was very clean with modern appliances, lighting, kitchen utensils and pans. Very good location to Northampton and interstate. If you are a light sleeper like me you can hear the highway on occasion, I got some silicon earplugs from CVS and issue solved! We would highly recommend this host and property.
The place is completely remodeled inside and brand new. My only critique to John would be get some drink coasters other than that, fantastic stay, Loved it.!
This was a fabulous place to stay!!Great location!!Love the view!!Everything I needed was supplied - fantastic kitchen and I appreciated a fabulous washer and dryer!!
This is a very nice home. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the living space was very functional. The location was perfect for what we were doing. It was nice to be along the river. We could hear and see the crew team in the morning which was fun. John was very prompt in his communication, which always makes a stay easier. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Yard and porch were a little unkempt, that may be because it’s not very warm weather yet. The house inside was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had any appliances and dishes you might need if you were cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the room had blackout shades. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend this house for a stay.
I loved my stay here and would definitely stay again! The house is tucked into an enclave of homes right on the bank of the Connecticut River. Despite 91 being right there, it was absolutely quiet. I didn't hear anything but birds, and really enjoyed walking by the river. Right around the corner is a field sporting a horse and a llama, which was fun. It is a short drive to downtown Northampton and I could get anywhere quickly. Inside, everything was immaculate. The living room is smallish, but the eat-in kitchen is ample and well appointed. There is a nice sitting room upstairs. The host, John, was both responsive and personable - thank you John! I am a single woman who likes solitude, but doesn't like to feel isolated, so this was the best of both worlds for me.
John's cozy little bungalow is the perfect little getaway in the heart of Northampton without feeling like you are! Looking out to the river from the bedroom window every morning was magical!John is very responsive and has thought of everything for amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Loved being able to do our laundry in the spotless basement! (who has a spotless basement?!!) The Digital kettle he provided for tea water was so unique and handy that I got right on Amazon and ordered one for myself! The bed and pillows were excellent. Super comfy. Others had complained of noise from 91 or the airport. We never heard either! The only sound I heard was the crew team out on the water, which was very soothing!Definitely recommend staying here. You'll be 2 minutes to town or 91. Great place to take a run or walk in the morning too!
Pleasantly surprised to find it was 1.5 baths instead of one. Also, the TV room upstairs could be another bedroom with a pull out couch. Had a wonderful time and like the relative seclusion of the location.

No view of the river as pictured in the online advertisement. Very misleading. View blocked by overgrown vegetation.
