Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return everything to where you got it from, pictures provided.
Leave home neat and tidy.
Used items only: sheets+ pillowcases piled in the laundry room. Towels piled on the bathroom floors. Used blankets on the bedroom floors. Extra cleaning fees directly related to beds used.

We’re a homeschool family who values time together and making space for real multigenerational connection. We’re from here and love spending our time outdoors—boating at the nearby lake, playing pickleball and yard games, and gathering around big meals with family and friends. This home gave us the opportunity to unite our family and even friends from all over the world, hosting gives us the opportunity to share that!

Neighborhood is clean, and safe. We bought this home to bring our own family together. Siblings each have a master bedroom, kids share a bunk room, and cousins fill the yard with games like pickleball and cornhole while boating at the lake just 10 minutes away. Meals are meant to be shared, laughter spills outside, and the layout gives everyone space to relax while still being together. From our family to yours, we are grateful to share this space so more families have the chance to create memories that last a lifetime. This home was built to nurture connection, play, and the simple joy of being together—just as it does for our family.

With 8 bedrooms, 2 masters, and 4 bathrooms, the layout supports real connection—siblings each have their own master bedroom, kids have space to bunk together, and the kitchen and common areas are built for shared meals and long conversations. The home is filled with natural light, quiet surroundings, and outdoor space where games, laughter, and downtime happen naturally. With nearby boating, pickleball, covered pavillion and room for everyone to spread out, it’s a place that feels peaceful, functional, and welcoming—tested first by our own family and then shared with others.
It’s close enough to town that groceries can easily be delivered, preserving precious time for families to focus on being together instead of running errands.
To add even more fun for kids and families, we offer optional nightly rentals like bounce houses and a seasonal snow globe, along with classic outdoor games such as croquet—simple extras that turn time together into unforgettable memories. We have many other rentals to make your experience unforgetable. We built an a multigenerational experience!!
