Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, this family-friendly space features a queen bed, sofa bed, and one full bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 3 guests. It’s a great fit for small families, couples, business travelers, or weekend adventurers.

While the apartment does not include a full kitchen, families will appreciate the slow cooker, rice cooker, and essential cooking supplies, making it easy to prepare simple meals, breakfasts, or snacks. The apartment is climate-controlled with air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

Conveniently located between Daytona Beach and Orlando, this quiet retreat offers a peaceful escape from crowded tourist areas while remaining close to Central Florida’s top attractions. DeLand is home to Stetson University, known as the Skydiving Capital of the World, and is surrounded by beautiful Florida natural springs, parks, and outdoor activities, perfect for kids and adults alike. At night you can visit downtown DeLand, that is just a few minutes' drive away or you can even walk downtown, enjoy some restaurants like Tony's Pizza, Escape Room or just visit the old courthouse.

You’ll enjoy your own private space at the back of the house, with a separate entrance. The front of the home is rented separately, but guests do not share any spaces. You’ll also have two dedicated parking spots in the back, clearly marked with rocks for your convenience.

We choose this neighborhood because it is really close to downtown and our famous Stetson University. It can be busy over the day since we are on the main road and everyone is trying to go to Downtown DeLand. DeLand is lighting up at night with an Escape Room, bars and restaurants to visit, DeLand is family friendly and dog friendly :)

What makes this property unique

Our apartment property stands for many reasons; it is in a 1925-year-old building that has been renovated to this century with the vibe of floral to bring nature into the home. The space is great for just a day visit, visiting Stetson University and Skydive DeLand the capital for skydivers that was created in 1982.
