Gaschurn im Montafon: Very luxurious chalet "Montafon". In a central position, 1.6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: large garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 5 cars, limited number of spaces). E-charging station. Grocery 1.5 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 290 m, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m, mountain railway 1.6 km, slopes 1.6 km, ski rental 1.6 km, ski school 1.6 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional costs for grill cleaning, special cleaning in case of heavy soiling, empty bottle disposal will be charged on site (between EURO 35,- and EURO 50,-).

Living room with TV (flat screen). Dining room. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (5 cars). E-charging station. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. From the large sun terrace you can really enjoy the snow-covered mountains in the evening light. Please note: costs for energy, laundry and deposit must be paid in advance, the amount will be communicated by the owner on an invoice.
