Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set any outdoor cushions and pillows just inside the home.
Leave all bedding on the beds. Turn down the bedding halfway on any used beds so the cleaners know which beds had been slept in.
Place any used towels inside the showers.
Lock dock furniture & dock shed after returning all used items to where you found them.
Secure kayaks, & dock ladder in the upright position.
Secure covers on hot tub, gas fire pit, and grill. Please see any additional checkout items in the guest information packet left on the kitchen counter for guest review.

Our family of 5 is located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. We adore having a place to sneak away to that allows us to relax, boat, hike and just hang out together! We fell in love with the Lake of the Ozarks and hope that you will enjoy your stay as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
We choose this area as it has the convenience & safety of living in a quiet "no wake" cove with calm water and easy access to the main channel. This home is so peaceful as surrounded by mature trees and nature.
