The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all the items at dock are placed back where you found them & dock locker is nice & orderly. Kayaks & water mat should be strapped & locked the way you found them. Remove all trash from dock.
Leave all bedding on the beds! Please turn down the bedding halfway on any used beds to notify the cleaning crew which beds need to be cared for. We appreciate your cooperation.
Set AC to 75 degrees during the summer months or set heater to 58 degrees during winter months at check out. Place all used towels in the bathroom showers. Trash to dumpster. Lock all windows & doors
