The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and cable television. The private outdoor area boasts a balcony with seating furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners. The apartment is located in a central area of Salem. A supermarket can be found a 10-minute walk (850 m) away, and restaurants are within a 6-minute walk (500 m) from the apartment. The town’s train station can be reached after a 13-minute walk (1.1 km). The closest beach on Lake Constance, Strandbad Uhldingen, is a 12-minute drive (8 km) from Salem, but you can also take refreshing swims after a mere 10-minute walk (800 m) to the little lake “Schlosssee” near the castle. Also in the proximity of Salem, you will find the zoo “Affenberg Salem”, 7 km or a 9-minute drive away. Friedrichshafen, a pretty town on Lake Constance, is a 32-minute drive (21 km) away, and Lindau, famous for its old town centre on an island, is located a one-hour drive (50 km) from the apartment.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. The visitor's tax (from 18 years of age) is from 1 April to 31 October and must be paid on site.
