We were in for a funeral and this house was just the right size for our family. We enjoyed the space and dock for fishing. Host was very responsive. Would love to stay again. We always love our visits to Hawkins!

We were completely happy with our stay. The property was clean and met the needs of 12 people, one that is wheelchair bound. She was able to move about the downstairs without any barriers. The only thing we were missing was a full length mirror but in all honesty, this is a lake property, but we were there for a wedding in Tyler. It’s unlikely this would ever come up again and if we hadn’t had 6 teen girls it wouldn’t have come up this time. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet comfortable location and would highly recommend this home.

We stayed here with three families—six adults and four kids—and it was the perfect place for our group. The house is absolutely amazing, but the lake is what truly made the trip unforgettable. Easy access to the dock, breathtaking sunrises, and water that was perfect for swimming made every day feel special. We made so many wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back!

This home is beautiful and clean. It feels like home. The lake is beautiful and the town nearby has everything you need. We absolutely love staying here. If you want to get away from it all, this is your place.
