Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Begin load of towels in washer before checking out.
Trash is picked up Tuesday and Saturday morning. Place all trash in the bin and have it out the morning of for pick up on those designated days. Return can to storage area when finished.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved staying at this beautiful house. It was very pristine and welcoming.... there were even beautiful flowers waiting for us as a perfect touch. The house has every we needed in the kitchen and bath plus the washer and dryer were perfect. The view from the upstairs porch was great in the morning as we had coffee. I can't even think of one thing we didn't love! Thank you for having us!

This was a great place to stay. Everything was clean, bright and with high quality furnishings. We must have been the first guests since the remodel. New everything!Communication with owner was outstanding. Fast response when we arrived 30 minutes prior to our check in. Would highly recommend a stay here. Quick ride from the canal to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. Thank you, we will be back and also recommend to our friends and family.
