Enjoy your holiday with us in a beautiful, green setting in a solidly built, comfortable bungalow that you’ll have all to yourself!<br><br>Suitable for 4 people, this approximately 62 m² bungalow is situated in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac on a 2,500 m² green property and features a separate living room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.<br><br>In front of the furnished patio lies a large section of the garden with a lawn for your exclusive use. The large patio is equipped with patio furniture, a parasol, and 2 folding lounge chairs with cushions.<br><br>The living room features a cosy leather sofa set, a dining table, a TV, a radio with cassette and CD players, Wi-Fi, and a telephone with its own direct-dial number (German landline).<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a vacuum cleaner, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, a toaster, and a kettle.<br><br>The master bedroom with a double bed overlooks the garden area. The two smaller bedrooms, each with a view of the greenery, are furnished with a single bed.<br><br>We also have heating in the summer (central heating). <br><br>Use of a centrally located washing machine and dryer is available by arrangement. There are no additional fees! <br><br>Enjoy your patio and private garden for breakfast, sunbathing, reading, playing, and relaxing in a quiet, beachfront location at the end of a cul-de-sac. <br><br><br>
