Welcome to this private-entry guest suite on Mercer Island, just 6 miles east of downtown Seattle & minutes from Bellevue. This quiet comfortable space is perfect for business travelers, couples, solo travelers, and extended stays looking for privacy & easy city access.
Mercer Island offers beautiful parks, walking trails, & lake views, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, & local shops. This Guest Suite is a welcoming home base whether for business, pleasure or both!
The space
Private Retreat is one Living Room with a comfortable couch and a dining table, one bedroom with a queen size bed, kitchenette equipped with a microwave, hotplate, tall mini fridge, coffee machines, and full bathroom with soaker tub/shower combo.
Guest access
Entire Guest Suite (entry, living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette) is private. Locked door attaches suite to the main house.
Private patio with seating off of entry.
Guests have separate designated parking space on the premises.
