About this property

Overlooking Oglethorpe Square, this bright and stately townhouse has two-bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths and is able to accommodate up to six Lucky guests. This property can be combined with the Oglethorpe Square Garden Apartment to accommodate up to eight guests.

The second level entrance brings you into the parlor level, which has a multitude of rich architectural details, including original hardwood floors, twelve-foot ceilings, and decorative fireplaces. On this floor you’ll find the half bathroom, and fully renovated kitchen with marble countertops and a gourmet gas stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is dining room with a convenient buffet. This floor also has a king-sized bedroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a view of Oglethorpe Square.

Upstairs you’ll find the living area, with lots of space to relax and a large flat screen TV. A built-in desk provides a quiet nook for the digital nomad to get some work done before a day of exploring Savannah. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and plenty of counter space to get ready for an evening out. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and lovely built-in bookshelves sure to make any bibliophile envious.

This home is ideally located within a short walk to many of Savannah’s historic points-of-interest and incredible selection of dining options. Try the Conquistador sandwich at Zunzi’s, made famous by the Travel Channel’s Adam Richman. Have a sweet tooth? An evening stroll to Leopold’s Ice Cream is the perfect way to spend any Savannah evening. You’ll be well situated to explore Savannah’s rich history with the Owens Thomas House and the Davenport House Museum both just a block away.

Lovely, lovely, lovely!

What a cool historic home, lots of character. The house was in the ideal location for walking to the river and to Forsyth Park. The parking spot in back was much appreciated! We will absolutely stay here again in the future. No complaints! Thanks so much.

St Patrick’s Day

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great as we wanted to set up for parade in Oglethorpe Square. Would’ve been even more perfect if Garden apartment was included so we could have had access to front door and lower door but to add the garden apt was too expensive. Condition of space was good except mattress on pullout sofa was not comfortable.However, I will not rent from Lucky Savannah again! My cousin and I have rented places from them for the past 4 St Patrick’s Days. This year my cousin rented reserved the same space she’s rented the last 3 years in September 2023. Lucky cancelled her reservation less than 2 weeks prior to parade day citing the owners had changed their minds. Totally unacceptable!!!

Great rental near Historic Downtown!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to downtown area. Having a parking spot was great also. The home was very clean and had lots of charm. The only slight complaint would be that the downstairs shower had very light water pressure, but otherwise, everything as perfect!

Great location with parking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bottom line is that we really enjoyed our stay and the fact that it came with a parking spot. It had a well-stocked kitchen that even included an air fryer (which was fantastic because we brought kids who needed their nuggets). It had a hair dryer. It was a great jumping off spot where everything was walkable too. The only negatives were that it wasn’t the cleanest or in the best condition. It was still great and worth it, but there is a bit of room for improvements there.
