House Flora is a romantic, restored Ligurian stone house on the hills of Levanto in the Cinque Terre nature reserve. It is at the edge of the small village of Fontona, 3 km from the ocean, right on the hiking trail Levanto-Monterosso in a very quiet area with a beautiful panorama. The house has a large terraced garden with olive trees, blooming flowers and a lawn. The house (80 mÂČ) has 3 bedrooms (2 single beds, bunk bed, French bed 140 cm), living room (satellite TV, radio, CD) with fireplace and wood stove, eat-in kitchen (dining table for 5-6 people, microwave, coffee maker), bathroom (shower, washing machine), an outdoor kitchen and loggia as well. Idyllic stay in hills

We loved the house and its stunning garden, and wonderful views. It was absolutely perfect for relaxing in the shade in the afternoon and for its peace tranquility, which is exactly what we were looking for. We loved being able to cook outside and that the house was pleasantly cool at night. We booked at the last minute and the owners were very kind and helpful in putting the arrangements in place at short notice, and their insider tips about Levanto and the area in general were very useful. We will definitely return!

Charmantes Casa Flora

Leider hatten wir nicht so schönes Wetter, wie wir es uns gewĂŒnscht hĂ€tten, aber der Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen und charmant eingerichtetem Haus hat es fĂŒr uns alle zu einem erholsamen und schönen Urlaub gemacht. Die Lage und der Blick ist unglaublich schön und der herrliche Garten ein Genuß fĂŒr die Sinne. Vielen Dank fĂŒr diesen schönen Ort und die sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermietung.

Endlich Regen nach langer Sommertrockenheit

Un magnifique séjour aux cinque terre

La location est trÚs bien située dans un hameau calme et reposant avec un cadre apaisant et magnifique. Catharina et Maurizio sont des hÎtes attentifs et nous ont grandement facilité le séjour par leur accueil et toutes les attentions présentent dans la maison (guide, trucs et astuces sur Levanto, les cinque terre et la région un document incroyable) et les affaires mises à disposition sont nombreuses. Cependant nous avons séjourné en période de trÚs forte chaleur et une seule colonne d'air climatisée pour l'ensemble des chambres est clairement insuffisant. Ce fut un gros bémol pour notre séjour dans cet endroit si charmant.

Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. In de omgeving meer dan genoeg te doen, zorg wel dat je een auto bij je hebt. De communicatie met de eigenaar is zeer goed. Reageert super snel.

Une maison ancienne pleine de charme et que l’on sent habitĂ©e. Un jardin aux multiples arbres, arbustes et massifs, et de nombreux recoins amĂ©nagĂ©s pour en profiter
 pour nous c’était vraiment une maison de rĂȘve. ProximitĂ© des Cinque Terre sans la foule, nombreuses possibilitĂ©s de balades
 Levanto toute proche est une jolie petite ville oĂč l’on trouve de tout. Surtout que Maurizio et Caterina ont gĂ©nĂ©reusement partagĂ©s leurs bons plans en tous genres. Un grand merci pour leur accueil.

Ruheoase in den Bergen

Abseits der Touristenhochburg Cinque Terre und doch sehr nah an den SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten liegt dieses wunderschöne Steinhaus mit gepflegtem Garten und herrlichem Blick in die Berge. Nach Levanto ist es gar nicht weit, auch in Bonassola oder Monterosso ist man mit dem Auto schnell. In der Hauptsaison allerdings kann es mit ParkplĂ€tzen sehr knapp werden. Wer Meer und Berge sucht, ist hier richtig. Wir, Familie mit zwei Ă€lteren Kindern, haben hier eine Woche in der Nachsaison verbracht, als die Touristenströme schon merklich nachliessen. Ein Auto braucht man fast zwingend, um nach Fontona zu gelangen, ausser, man ist sehr sportlich und geht gern 45 Minuten/ 200 Höhenmeter zu Fuss nach Levanto. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wir waren hauptsĂ€chlich wandern, das Haus eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt, und im Meer baden. Gegen MĂŒcken sollte man gut gewappnet sein, die gab es in der ersten Oktoberwoche ĂŒberall reichlich, vor allem am Abend.

Ein ruhig gelegenes Rustico mit weitem Blick in ein grĂŒnes Tal mit mit hĂŒbschen Dörfern! Perfekt zum entschleunigen und top Ausgangsort fĂŒr Entdeckungsreisen in die Umgebung. Sestri Levante, Portofino, Rapallo , und viele schöne Orte mehr. Allerdings muss man den ‚Rummel‘ den es in den Cinque Terre Dörfern gibt ausblenden können oder schon mit dem ersten Zug um 7.30 Uhr losfahren. Umso erholsamer ist das zurĂŒckkommen in das Haus! Es ist typisch italienisch-mediterran eingerichtet und hat sehr viele authentische Accessoires sowie hĂŒbsche Bilder und eine schicke Vintage Einrichtung die in ihrer Schlichtheit erstmal spartanisch aussieht, aber sehr charmant ist! Der Garten lĂ€d zum Entspannen ein und gibt genug Ecken fĂŒr jeden her. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ! Vielen Dank Catharina und Maurizio :‱}

Wir wollten gar nicht gehen

Uns gefiel das alte haus sehr gut. Nur war es leider zu kalt um die DraußenkĂŒche und den Garten richtig nutzen zu können. Wir haben fast alle vom Haus aus zu sehenden Bergdörfer erwandert, eine einsame Kapelle entdeckt und uns sehr ĂŒber die ganzen FrĂŒhblĂŒher gefreut. Die Altstadt von Genua zu erreichen mit demZug in einer Stunde und gerade mal 6,60 Euro pro Ticket war maximal beeindruckend. Sestri Levante ein sehr schöner Ort mit großem Strand. In Levanto haben wir in dem tollen GemĂŒseladen am Ortseingang so leckeres lokales GemĂŒse gekauft (Zitronen, Orangen, Artischocken, Spargel, junge

Herrlich

Wir verbrachten 10 unglaublich erholsame Tage in diesem wirklich schönen HĂ€uschen. Kein Luxus, aber sehr authentisch und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Bis auf eine SpĂŒlmaschine wirklich alles vorhanden. Sehr ruhig, abgeschieden und trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten in Levanto und am Strand. Auto ist allerdings fĂŒr alles (Brötchen holen etc....) zwingend erforderlich. Uns hat es mit Kindern und Hund sehr gut gefallen.

Magnifique semaine passée fin avril dans cette charmante maison romantique nichée dans la verdure, située au calme et bien appréciable aprÚs les randonnées du jour aux Cinque Terre ! La jolie mélodie des cloches des églises se répondant dans la vallée nous a ravis... Ahhhh ! Che dolce vita italiana !!! Courez-y les yeux fermés ! Céline, Gildas, Nina et AngÚle.

Very nice house and garden in a quiet place

We spent a perfect week of holiday in Haus Flora. The house is very well equipped and we have especially appreciated the garden and the terrace with a view on the surroundings. The place is very calm and close to Levanto, that is an ideal base to visit Cinque Terre National Park. In the house, we have found a lot of precious information about the park and other things like the best restaurant, the place to buy the best fresh pasta,
