überwältigender Aufenthaltsort

Unser Aufenthalt war für uns ein absolutes Spitzenerlebnis jede Erwartung wurde übertroffen. Die Küche überragt durch ihre außerordentlich gute Ausstattung. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer der Villa ist äußerst gediegen, ja edel und liegt überall über der gewohnten Norm. Der Wintergarten lädt zu jeder Tageszeit, auch bei Wind oder Regen zum Verweilen. Ein absoluter Spitzenort für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt zum Erholen.

Un excellent sejour en tous points

Vraiment excellent depuis les premiers contacts. La location est tres agreable et confortable la piscine est petite mais bienvenue apres les visires, la terrasse avec vue mer est ideale pour les repas. Tres bon equipement de cuisine et de buanderie. Un lieu ideal pour decouvrir le nord de l'ile qui est le plus agreable!

Für mich das perfekte Ferienhaus auf Teneriffa

Da es nichts zu kritisieren gibt, beginne ich mit den Highlights: wunderbar oberhalb von Puerto Cruz gelegen, prima Klima, stets eine frische Brise vom Atlantik. Perfekter Zustand, bestens gepflegt, absolut sauber. Ansprechende Möblierung, sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Küche, liebenswert angelegtes Grundstück mit suptropischer Vergetation, eine wahre Blütenexplosion, himmlische Ruhe, dennoch nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Puerto Cruz, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe - Auto erforderlich. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Vielen Dank auch an Juan (Poolpflege), Tere (Hauspflege), Frau Hoffmann (Management) und natürlich Herrn Wörbelauer. Definitely will be back!

A little oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Siempre Verde. Everything was as advertised, the house was super clean and very well equipped. Communication with the owner before our visit was very good. The beds were very comfortable (nice to have a true queen size bed rather than twins pushed together). The quality of furnishings and equipment was excellent. (Good knives, pots and pans, dishes, etc.) The pool was heated to 28/29 degrees every day which was great for us as my other half is recovering from spinal surgery so exercise was important. (Paid extra for that). We enjoyed the patio, the yard, and especially all the flowers, trees, greenery, etc. We got used to the roosters very quickly and barking dogs only bothered us once or twice in 45 days. Nadine was very helpful, especially re my lost wallet, which was recovered because the local police called her (I had the business card in my wallet). Theresa did a great job on housekeeping. The gardeners came regularly and did a a good job, and the pool cleaner guy is very jovial and efficient. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe. We live in Canada so it is not easy to get to Tenerife but once there it’s perfect for us. Kathy and Bruce. Ottawa Ontario Canada
