Schöne Lage, inserierte Dinge nicht vorhanden

Wir haben die Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene und drei Kinder gebucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön und auch der Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber trotz des Preises überholungsbedürftig. Leider waren die Betten sehr unbequem, das Küchenutensil sehr sparsam und in teilweise schlechtem Zustand ( Messer die nicht schneiden). Angegeben wurden eine Waschmaschine und WLAN. Beides war nicht vorhanden bzw. unsere Wäsche hätten wir gegen Geld von der Mutter der Inserentin, die im unteren Teil des Hauses wohnt, waschen lassen können..... .Bzgl. des WLAN gab es nur die Erklärung, im Sommer wären zu viele Leute da. Sehr unbefriedigend.
