If it was possible I would give 0 stars, I have contacted Vrbo on the night we were meant to stay but couldn’t because it’s a health hazard. Not exceptionaly helpful customer service I might add. I have taken photos of the conversation if you would like to see, the room (2 actually they both smelt like mould and I have a medical condition where staying in such a place would make it worse) explained that to the front desk- the weren’t surprised nor willing to offer a refund. The ceiling in the first room was partly caving in with obvious evidence of black mould. And both rooms had bath tubs so filthy I wouldn’t even consider bathing the dog In. I am SHOCKED that this place is on your inventory. It is discusting and needs to be completely gutted and re-done.
