3 bedroom cozy home in Sydals

This beautiful cottage is located in the quiet area on Mommark beach. It is not far to the swimming beach with jetty and the harbor with maritime atmosphere in Mommark. Here you can buy fresh fish from the local fishermen. The open kitchen of the house is connected to the dining area and the living room. In the living room there is both an energy-friendly heat pump and a wood stove that you can use on cool days and evenings. The house has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The decor is modern and cozy. Outside you will find a large, partially covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal. Here you can look forward to enjoying your morning coffee and a good book, or bringing the family together for cozy barbecues during the warm summer evenings.

Wir haben in diesem Haus zu fünft eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche verlebt. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage ist gigantisch groß. Auch für Wind -Wassersportler zu empfehlen wobei man durch die steile Uferkante bei ablandigem Wind erst ca. 100m von Ufer entfernt Wind zum surfen hat. Das nahegelegene Wind -und Kitesurf-Revier bei Kegnaes ist dann vielleicht die bessere Wahl.

Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr guten Zustand. Die direkte Lage zum Strand, ca. 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß, ist hervorragend. Der Strand ist sauber und nicht überlaufen. Was schade ist, das auf dem Schotterweg 30Km-h zugelassen sind. Diese werden auch voll ausgenutzt, teilweise auch überschritten. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer ist sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum täglichen Kochen benötigt. Auch ein Auflauf oder das Backen eines Kuchens ist gegeben. Küche 1+Der Wohn- Essbereich ist gemütlich ausgestellt und lädt zum ausruhen ein. Der gesamte Außenbereich um das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Stühle, Liegen, Grill, Sonnenschirm und Tische sind vorhanden. Ein wenig mehr Informationen über die Bedienung der Heizung und der Klima und wäre sehr hilfreich. Außerdem war der Zugang zum WLAN erst möglich nach erneutem Aufsuchen vom Servicebüro, welches ca. 20km entfernt war. Hier musste der Eigentümer angerufen werden. Ein Anlaufpunkt-Treffpunkt für Kinder und Jugendliche wäre angebracht, denn für diese Altersgruppe ist dort nichts. Der vorhandene Bolzplatz ist eine Wiese mit ein paar Holztoren.Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder. Fam. Zander

Das Haus haben wir in einem sehr guten Zustand angetroffen. Wir haben uns im Haus wohl gefühlt und konnten von dort aus viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Man konnte am Mommark Hafen frisch gefangenen Fisch vom Fischerboot kaufen. Würden auch weiterempfehlen.
