Our family of 6 loved this space. The kids had a blast with the games room in the basement (the garage). There were a ton of board games in the laundry room too. Beds were really comfortable and the AC did a great job keeping the temperature cool and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals (there was no kettle but Kate had one delivered to us the next day) and there’s a grocery store just a few minutes down the road. Almost every room has a TV - we logged into them with our own Netflix account for movie nights after a fun filled day. The location was great - we hopped on the I75 or I71 to get to everywhere we needed to go. Our trip was focused on the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and the Cincinnati Zoo, and this place felt like a great home base - the drive home for the latter 2 was only about 15 minutes, which is important for kids melting down with no gas left in their tank. There’s a huge local park about a 10 minute walk up the street that the kids loved, so definitely no shortage of things to do.The house is on a somewhat busy street, which was a bit of a challenge for my wife who’s a light sleeper, because 2 of the bedrooms have windows that face the road and the cars can be loud due to their speed. There were also no blackout curtains so the neighbour’s lights were hard to shut out. This didn’t bother me or any of the kids so we all slept upstairs and my wife & baby took the quiet basement bedroom!I would absolutely stay here again.
