Built in 2017, the property features modern and sophisticated furnishings with state-of-the-art technology. The design concept seamlessly combines natural colours and materials of the highest quality—the result is a stylish oasis of tranquility. The country house is situated in an absolutely peaceful location, on a small road used only by local residents. The village of Schlag is part of the municipality of Litschau and is located just 2 km from the climatic health resort. There you’ll find a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, church, etc. A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due 60 days before the start of your stay. A security deposit of 500.00 euros must be transferred to our account 30 days before arrival and will be refunded within 10 days after departure, provided there is no damage. Dogs are welcome and cost 25.00 euros per day. Check-in from 4:00 PM to midnight; check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys are stored in the key safe—the code will be sent 1 week before arrival. Pets allowed upon request and for a fee. A cot is available on-site at no charge. Tourist tax: 3.00 euros per night, per person aged 16 and older.
