In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. Public parking 30 m. Shop 50 m, grocery 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 30 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 50 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 100 m. Tennis 100 m, ski lift, chair lift, skisport facilities 50 m, ski school 200 m, ski-kindergarten 350 m, sled run 200 m, children's playground 250 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The swimming pool indicated is located 100 m from the residence: it is the outdoor municipal swimming pool. Emplacement top, mais un peu vieillot

Tout d'abord les points négatifs : - l'appart et l'immeuble, bien que bien entretenus, ne peuvent masquer l'age de construction. Il faudrait une rénovation importante pour améliorer le confort, que ce soit thermique ou même d'usage. L'électricité n'est visiblement plus aux normes actuelles, il y a des courants d'air près des fenêtres, les ascenseurs émettent des bruits suspects et n'ont parfois plus de lumière. - il est dommage qu'un wifi digne de ce nom ne soit pas disponible (même si on peut déconnecter un peu pendant ses congés, ça ne fait pas de mal) - Il n'y a pas d'accès au local à ski, ce qui implique de devoir monter les chaussures et snowboard dans l'appartement Les points positifs : - l'appartement est idéalement situé. Tout est à proximité - il est très bien équipé - même si l'age se fait sentir, il est très bien entretenu et décoré par les propriétaires. Globalement, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Cher Grégory, Merci beaucoup pour votre avis, nous sommes ravis de lire que vous ayez aimé l'emplacement ainsi que l'équipement du logement. L'état général de l'immeuble ainsi que de l'ascenseur ne relève pas du domaine d'Interhome, mais nous avons fait remonter vos remarques à la copropriété en charge. L'inspection de notre équipe locale n'a révélé aucun défaut quant aux fenêtres, celles-ci sont neuves et aucun courant d'air n'a été constaté. Concernant la connection internet, veuillez croire, Monsieur, que nous nous efforçons toujours de fournir le meilleur wifi possible à nos clients. Enfin, il y a bel et bien un accès au local à skis depuis les pistes et directement depuis le bâtiment, ainsi qu'un casier à ski privatif pour chaque appartement. Nous nous réjouissons du fait que vous ayez passé un bon séjour globalement et nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau lors de vos prochaines vacances. Appart bien situé et pratique

L'appartement est fonctionnel. Nous étions 3 et il était assez grand pour nous. Belle terrasse, cuisine avec beaucoup d'accessoires. Il y a des volets électriques qui sont très pratiques. La qualité de la literie est à revoir. Matelas très très dur.

Emplacement privilégié au pied des pistes.

L'appartement est très bien situé, au pied des pistes et de toutes les commodités de la station. Très belle vue sur le domaine skiable depuis la grande terrasse. Logement idéal pour un séjour en famille avec tous les équipements nécessaires.
