We are repeat renters at this condo. This is one of best rental units in Banner Elk. The unit is well maintained and well equipped . The host is very professional and has applied her personal touch to make this a special place to stay. About 5 minutes from center of town with shopping and dinning.

Condo was as advertised - luxury - great furnishings, amenities, lots of extra details - truly the only thing we needed to bring was clothes, food, and personal items - host was great in communication and housekeeper even checked on us to see if we needed anything

Great location between Beech Mountain, Banner Elk and Sugar Mountain

Stayed here for Christmas and loved the condo! Great view! Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen.Host was kind to keep us updated regarding issues caused by the September flood, even calling day of arrival to be sure we wouldn't miss the correct road, that was temporarily fixed after being washed out.Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Property

Absolutely great place to stay while in Banner Elk. We’ve be coming to the area for 3 years to visit our son multiple times (5-6 a year) and this is the first time we have booked a property we had previously rented. Communication is good and clear; property has everything you could possibly need, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. We will be staying here again.

Perfect

Perfect getaway for our family of four plus my parents who met us from Charlotte! The two king beds were what sold us at first! The beds were so comfy and the condo had everything we needed plus more. Perfect location to ski at Sugar and Beech. Would highly recommend and would book again!

Great views

This property was perfect for our family for the New Year. It’s a beautiful place with gorgeous furniture and a spectacular view of the mountains . We enjoyed watching fireworks on New Year’s Eve and seeing the snow falling. Super close to all shops and restaurants in Banner elk. It’s also just a short drive to Sugar and Beech mountain. The rooms were clean and very homey feel.the host was very responsive .

Blue Ridge

I felt property manager was placing the owner in a possible liability situation due to the smoke detectors having been removed and non functional.

Perfect Rental !

Everything was perfect! Two recommendations- supply coffee filters And explain that trash deposit requires to drive up to 2nd level to deposit trash and door is heavy lifting to open . Finally tv remote does not work well on Main level- may need batteries I

Perfect place for a ski vacation

This condo was the perfect place for a long weekend ski trip with the family! It was easy to get to even in the snow since the road up to it was plowed and the condo was on and end so there was a nice yard area to play in the snow. The location was perfect, a 5 min drive to banner elk and only 15 min from beech mountain skiing. The place was very clean, the decor made it feel like a cozy cabin. It was also stocked with everything we needed. The view of the mountains was gorgeous and the second floor loft game room was a fun and unique feature. It had an arcade golf game, a casino table, and table shuffleboard. I now have great memories thanks to this place and would gladly stay here again.
