This detached group house is spread over 3 floors and is located between the well-known ski villages of Westendorf and Brixen im Thale. You occupy this group home entirely on your own. There are 7 bedrooms and it is perfect for large families, groups of friends or a sports team. The group house is located on a farm and is surrounded by a 100m2 large green area with meadows full of flowers and trees. Lovely in nature and plenty of room for everyone!
For a wonderful day in the snow on the white slopes, you can head to both Westendorf and Brixen im Thale. In both villages, ski lifts take you to one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas; Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. Enjoy an adventurous winter sports holiday here.
In summer, in the immediate vicinity you can already take beautiful hiking or cycling trips through the impressive mountain world around Brixen im Thale from the Hohe Salve via the Brechhorn to the Gaisberg. The forest is already 300 metres from the holiday home. Taking it easy for a day? Enjoying the Austrian sunshine and fresh mountain air? Then read a good book in the holiday home's sunbathing lawn. Here you will find parasols and garden furniture. In the evening, enjoy a delicious barbecue together while enjoying the view of the surrounding mountains.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
