Consider our Casita as your home away from home while you visit Sun City West. This charming space features one cozy bedroom with a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. The Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, glassware, microwave, coffee pot, water, and refrigerator. Guests enjoy a beautiful bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, along with a hair dryer, shampoo, soap and Linens for convenience. The Casita stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring, a day out golfing, or preparing for your next sight-seeing adventure. This marvelous spot offers everything you need. Enjoy a star lit night in your private Courtyard with a glass of your favorite beverage at the Gas firepit. Or grill your favorite meat on the provided gas grill. Shopping and dining nearby. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Cathy and Mike have outdone most with this beautifully remodeled Casita!The location was easy to access and not far off of a major thouroughfare making it easy to get to restaurants, and yet it was very quiet. We will stay again next time we visit the Pheonix area.

This 1-bedroom Casita was perfect for me and my husband. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The host was very kind and responded quickly with anything we needed. Loved the courtyard too! Definitely would stay again!

Everything from the pre-arrival communication to the moment we left was spectacular!! Cathy and Mike made sure we were comfortable and felt at home. The casita is adorable, spotless, and well-appointed. We appreciated the bowl of fruit and the bottles of water.My husband and I went for an evening stroll, and the neighborhood smelled like a botanical garden!We were lucky enough to meet Mike and Cathy—they are as lovely as their beautiful casita.

Why they chose this property

We love Sun City West because there is so much to do here. There are 7 public golf courses also private and simi-private golfing. As a resident there are more than 100 clubs to get involved in. From playing pickle ball to relaxing at one of many pools plus everything in between. That's just a little sampling of why we love it here. Oh, did I mention the sun shines almost everyday!

What makes this property unique

Our place offers a nice quite secure environment. Outdoor space offers a firepit, seating area and Bar-B-Q. Located in a Nice neighborhood for a sunrise or sunset walk.
