Ideal for comfort, convenience and style.

Bayside Marketplace and the Kaseya Center are within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy dining, shopping, concerts, and major events without needing a car. The Brightline station is nearby, providing fast and convenient connections to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando.

The location also allows easy access to the Brickell financial district.

Cruise terminals, Miami International Airport, and Miami Beach are all easily accessible from this central location, allowing guests to move around the city efficiently while enjoying a premium stay in Downtown Miami.

Upon arriving at District 225, you can park in the back of the building where the valet parking is located. You can then go to the front desk to pick up your key fob and parking pass.

The Parking lot- Courthouse Garage Address: 40 NW 3rd St.
Is separate from the building, just a few meters away. A card is required to enter and exit the parking lot, and vehicles cannot be parked for more than 24 hours; you must exit the parking lot and re-enter. Parking in reverse is not permitted.
Public transportation is also located a few blocks from the building, and the Brightline train, which connects Miami to Orlando, is also nearby.
