Situated in the highly desirable Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan, Villa Juniper enjoys a peaceful residential setting within walking distance of the sea. Popular beach clubs, waterfront restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and local amenities can all be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Kalkan Old Town, with its charming harbour, rooftop restaurants, boutiques and lively atmosphere, is approximately a 20–25 minute walk away or a short taxi ride. The villa’s location offers the perfect balance of convenience, beautiful surroundings and privacy for a laid-back Kalkan villa holiday.


Accommodation

Ground Floor – Open-Plan Living, Snug & Kitchen

The entrance level has been thoughtfully designed with stylish contemporary interiors and comfortable living spaces throughout.

A separate snug or TV room is located off the hallway and includes a Smart TV, PS4 with games and a sofa that can convert into a large single bed for a 7th guest if required. A modern shower room with WC and basin is also located on this level.

A few steps lead down into the bright open-plan living area, featuring an L-shaped sofa, additional seating, coffee table and wall-mounted Smart TV with English channels and Netflix access. Large sliding doors allow natural light to flood the space and open directly onto the pool terrace and outdoor seating areas.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays and includes a fridge-freezer, built-in microwave and electric oven, induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, wine cooler, ice machine, water cooler, toaster and kettle.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided for guests’ convenience.



First Floor – Bedrooms, Sea Views & Balconies

There are three stylish double bedrooms located on the first floor, all designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.

Master Bedroom:
A spacious king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and sliding doors opening onto a large covered balcony furnished with armchairs and a coffee table. This room enjoys stunning panoramic sea and mountain views across Kalamar Bay.

Front Double Bedroom:
A bright double bedroom with a Juliette balcony and beautiful sea views across the bay and nearby islands. The room includes floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and shares the family shower room.

Rear Double Bedroom:
Located at the rear of the property, this comfortable double room overlooks the peaceful tree-lined street and shares the family shower room across the landing.

The shared family shower room includes a modern shower, ceramic basin and WC.



Outdoor Spaces – Infinity Pool, Sea Views & Outdoor Dining

The villa’s outdoor spaces are designed for relaxed Mediterranean living, with multiple areas to unwind while enjoying the sea views.

Infinity Pool Terrace:
The private infinity-edge swimming pool enjoys a shallow section with steps for easy access and is surrounded by six sun loungers and two parasols. The pool terrace offers lovely views across Kalamar Bay and provides plenty of space for relaxing in the sun.

Covered Lounge Area:
A shaded outdoor seating area includes a sofa, armchairs and coffee table, creating the perfect spot for reading, socialising or escaping the midday heat. A swing seat also provides an additional relaxing feature overlooking the bay.

Outdoor Dining & BBQ Area:
To the side of the villa, guests will find a marble-topped dining table seating six guests alongside a built-in BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxed summer evenings.
